Erin Partridge paints small landscapes inspired by the land and life surrounding her home near Craven. She shows work at the Prairie Dust Art Gallery in Lumsden and participates in local shows.
She has recently taken early retirement and is looking forward to dedicating more time to her art. In the past she has taken classes from Martha Cole, Betty Barbour, Donna Kriekle and Wee Lee, and sold many art pieces at various Guild shows. She hopes her paintings will touch the viewer in some way, to evoke a special memory or thought.
She believes art is a part of everyone's life, that we all have the ability and desire to share the beauty and magic of creating with our hands. Erin also does volunteer work in the arts community, serving on the Lumsden and District Arts Council.
